Our Bistro provides a family friendly environment specialising in delicious food and quality service. We’re open seven days a week for lunch from 11:30am till 3pm and for dinner from 5:00pm till 9:00pm and open all day on weekends 11.30am till 9.30pm.
Whether it be a lunch break out of the office, shared plates between friends or an informal dinner, the Summer Hill Hotel offers an array of options, from light and healthy meals to pub classics with a modern twist and Veggie/vegan options

When the game’s on, our Sports Bar is the best place to be.
Enjoy comfortable lounge seating watching on one of our large TV screens broadcasting selection of live sports at all times. You won't miss a minute of the action with full access to our TAB facilities. We’ll serve up some of your favourite pub classics to accompany the huge beverage selection we have, including an enormous range of ice cold beer on tap, not to mention our wine, cider and spirit lists.
